I contracted XPA to contend with issues encountered with Citizens Insurance specifically related to discrepancies in coverages for non-traditional building construction following hurricane Ian. Those were easily addressed by the technical expertise that XPA brought to bear in my case. But as well, XPA also addressed coverage shortfalls that would have been missed had I not had their assistance. So I would highly recommend XPA’s services to anyone considering outside assistance to ensure appropriate attention to HO insurance loss.

Well, I can not say enough about this group of experts! Gene Petilli and Wendi Gabriel were incredible! After Hurricane Milton, our insurance company failed us miserably! We were not going to be reimbursed for any of our damages! Then, I called Xpert Public Adjusters. Wow, long story short, Gene Petilli’s and Wendi’s expertise flipped that narrative over!
